An annoying sidekick for Skipper would be a nice touch.

Maybe a lil fish. These two personalities can play off of each other

like Jafar and Iago in Aladdin.

A minor recurring character is the Annoying little girl... She is a constant pain to Jay & Freddie (calls him a turkey) Showing up out of nowhere, Always changing her mind at drop of a hat. Never see her parents

Dolphin mover

Here concept for the Dolphin character.. I picture him riding around on Segway on land, kinda the high tech opposite of Bumby pushed around in shopping cart. Not sure what it is about Segways, but when i see them i think Spoiled jerk " too good to walk huh?" of course i would love to try it my self... so must be Jealously LOL
